- Using the Site to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
- Misusing contact forms or email addresses to send unsolicited communications.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when placing an order or contacting us.
3. Accounts
You may place an order as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Creating an account is optional. Account registration may be limited to persons who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their place of residence; if you are under that age, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may decline orders due to stock availability, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons. Once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship it according to the timeline stated on the product page and your order confirmation email.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected by you and confirmed at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payment is processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier or to you, whichever applies under our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our rules are described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. The key points are:
- A Standard Size return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and all parts.
- For an eligible Standard Size return that is not caused by a quality issue, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
- A wig must not have been worn, had its lace cut, been washed, or been styled, and must retain its original packaging and tags.
- Custom Made products are not eligible for an ordinary return, exchange, or refund because of change of mind, size or fit preference, or incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
- Exceptions remain available for a wrong item, an item that arrived damaged, a manufacturing defect, and any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- A Custom Made cancellation may be requested only within 24 hours after the order is placed and only if production has not started.
- After an approved return is received and passes inspection, we process an approved refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

8. Product Information and Availability
We try to display product information (including descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing) accurately. Colours and textures may vary depending on your screen. We may update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.
9. Custom Made and Measurement-Based Orders
For products that are made to your measurements or marked as Custom Made, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of order. Change of mind, size or fit preference, or an issue caused by measurements you supplied does not qualify for an ordinary return, exchange, or refund. This does not affect the exceptions for a wrong item, an item that arrived damaged, a manufacturing defect, or any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by KIRIKIRI COSPLAY STUDIO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KIRIKIRI COSPLAY STUDIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any order placed through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.

Referral rewards: how to qualify
A referral counts only when a friend registers using your personal invitation link or code and successfully pays for a qualifying order. Sharing a link, clicking it, or registering alone does not count. Each referred friend counts once, not once per order.
1 successful referral: one single-use 15% off coupon, valid for 3 months from issue.
3 successful referrals: another single-use 15% off coupon, valid for 3 months from issue.
5 successful referrals: a reusable 15% off coupon, valid for 1 year from issue.
Rewards are cumulative milestones, not a coupon for every referral. Coupons are restricted to the referring member. Cancelled, failed or fully refunded qualifying orders no longer count; unearned unused reward coupons are disabled.
