Effective Date: The date on which kirikiricosplay.com is first made publicly accessible without staging access restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KIRIKIRI COSPLAY STUDIO website at https://kirikiricosplay.com (the “Site”) and any orders you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, user accounts, or computer systems.
  • Using the Site to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Misusing contact forms or email addresses to send unsolicited communications.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when placing an order or contacting us.

3. Accounts

You may place an order as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Creating an account is optional. Account registration may be limited to persons who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their place of residence; if you are under that age, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may decline orders due to stock availability, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons. Once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship it according to the timeline stated on the product page and your order confirmation email.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected by you and confirmed at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payment is processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier or to you, whichever applies under our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our returns, refunds, and cancellations rules are described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. The key points are:

  • Standard Size products may be returned within 14 days after delivery if unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • Custom Made products are generally non-returnable, except for the wrong item, a confirmed quality defect, or a clear mismatch with the size information you confirmed with us.
  • Wigs that have been worn, trimmed, styled, washed, or used are not eligible for ordinary return, except for the wrong item or a confirmed quality defect.
  • Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed, and only if sourcing or production has not started. Approval is not guaranteed.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and are sent back to the original payment method.
  • Returns require prior approval. The return warehouse address is not published on the website and will be provided only after approval.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer for change of mind or wrong size, and by KIRIKIRI COSPLAY STUDIO for confirmed seller error or product defect.

8. Product Information and Availability

We try to display product information (including descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing) accurately. Colours and textures may vary depending on your screen. We may update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

9. Custom Made and Measurement-Based Orders

For products that are made to your measurements or marked as Custom Made, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of order. KIRIKIRI COSPLAY STUDIO is not responsible for fitting issues caused by measurements you provided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by KIRIKIRI COSPLAY STUDIO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KIRIKIRI COSPLAY STUDIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any order placed through the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.
